When you’re stuck in your head, stressed, burnt out or disconnected - you feel it in your body. That’s why I offer mind–body work alongside coaching. Yoga and sound can help you process, release, ground and realign - so you’re not only talking about change, you’re also feeling it.
Whether you want to regulate your nervous system, reconnect to yourself, or just breathe a little deeper - this is where that work happens.
I don’t do performative wellness. This is about realignment, regulation, and relief.

Sound baths and meditations use vibration to help calm the mind and shift the body into a parasympathetic (restful) state - especially helpful for people who struggle to “switch off” mentally.Available in-person only (1:1 or small group)
You lie down, get cosy, and just receive - no effort required
Great for stress relief, nervous system reset, or emotional overwhelm
