Because real change doesn’t just happen in your head.

When you’re stuck in your head, stressed, burnt out or disconnected - you feel it in your body. That’s why I offer mind–body work alongside coaching. Yoga and sound can help you process, release, ground and realign - so you’re not only talking about change, you’re also feeling it.

Whether you want to regulate your nervous system, reconnect to yourself, or just breathe a little deeper - this is where that work happens.

I don’t do performative wellness. This is about realignment, regulation, and relief.

  • Tailored 1:1 sessions designed to support your body and nervous system - whether you're carrying stress, craving stillness, or just need to move through stuckness.

    • Open to all levels

    • Sessions can be strong, soft, grounding or energising - depending on what you need

    • Available online or in person (if local to you)

    • Great alongside coaching - or on its own

  • Deep, immersive rest.
    Sound baths and meditations use vibration to help calm the mind and shift the body into a parasympathetic (restful) state - especially helpful for people who struggle to “switch off” mentally.

    • Available in-person only (1:1 or small group)

    • You lie down, get cosy, and just receive - no effort required

    • Great for stress relief, nervous system reset, or emotional overwhelm

These sessions are available as standalone offerings, or as part of your coaching work with me. I also offer corporate packages for your teams/clients.
