Mentoring

Growing up working class often means you don’t have the same access to networks, resources, or guidance that others take for granted. It’s not about capability or ambition - it’s about knowing where to look, who to ask, and what opportunities even exist.

That difference in access creates real barriers. For example, many industries rely on unpaid internships, personal connections, or expensive degrees as entry points - all of which can exclude talented people who could thrive if given the chance.

I understand this first-hand. Coming from a working-class background in South London, I’ve seen how those hidden hurdles shape people’s options. It’s why I feel strongly about creating spaces where people from similar backgrounds can access the kind of support, advice, and encouragement that isn’t always readily available.

This mentoring programme is my way of giving back: one-to-one guidance for someone who has the drive, but not always the access, to move forward with clarity and confidence.

What this looks like

  • 6 months of 1:1 mentoring (with the option to extend to 12 months if we both feel it’s working).

  • One session per month (60–90 minutes, online).

  • Light accountability check-ins between sessions I’ll keep in touch so you’re supported, not just left on your own.

  • Completely free of charge. The only thing I ask for in return is commitment and honesty.

Who it’s for

  • Aged 21–30

  • From a working-class or underprivileged background, in the UK or Ireland

  • Currently not in a financial position to afford private coaching or consulting

  • Ambitious but feeling stuck, overlooked, or unsure how to take the next step

Why I’m doing this

I’ve built and exited a 7-figure business, landed on the Forbes 30 Under 30 list, and reinvented my career - but I didn’t have mentors or a clear roadmap to follow. I had to figure it out through hard work, persistence, and learning along the way. I know what it’s like to feel lost or behind, and that’s why I offer mentoring: to help others move forward with more confidence and support.

Final note

This programme is a partnership. Bring your drive and commitment, and I’ll provide guidance, perspective, and support to help you move forward with confidence.
