Chloë Downes
I’m not the kind of coach who’ll tell you to “manifest it” and wait. I’m the one you come to when you’re ready to actually make a move.
I’ve always been the go-to for straight-talking advice - the friend who says the thing you needed to hear, not just what you wanted to. It’s partly the South Londoner in me (born and raised), part being someone who genuinely gives a shit about helping people get unstuck and move forward.
By 29, I’d built a 7 figure agency from the ground up, had 100% staff retention, made the Forbes 30 Under 30 list, and picked up a few business awards along the way. From the outside, everything looked perfect. But one day, I asked myself the question most people avoid: Am I actually happy? The answer was no. Not because anything was going wrong - the business was thriving, the team was great - but because deep down, I knew I was in the wrong life. It just didn’t feel like my purpose.
So I exited. I gave myself time to figure out what I wanted and I kept coming back to the same thing: I’m at my best when I’m helping people take action. I’ve always mentored, advised and coached informally - whether it’s helping a mentee go from hating their job to landing a dream role in under five weeks, or giving someone that push to finally start that business they’ve been talking about for years (in some cases, within a week of our first chat). Now, I do it for real.
I’m neurodivergent - I have Asperger’s and ADHD - which absolutely shapes how I coach. I’m data-driven, pattern-spotting, and straight to the point. I don’t get overwhelmed by emotion when things need a logical eye, and I don’t waste time on unnecessary details. That also means I deeply understand the kinds of internal conflicts high-functioning neurodivergent people often face - the pressure to achieve, the struggle to pause, the need for clarity that doesn’t come easy.
But you don’t have to be neurodivergent for us to work well together. You just need to be ready for honest conversations, curious questions, and a coach who gives it to you straight - because, as much as I’ve got a sweet tooth, sugar-coating won’t get you where you want to go.
I work with high-achievers, creatives, people going through career pivots or life shifts - anyone standing at a crossroads thinking: Something’s not right, but I don’t know what to do next. If that’s you, I’ll help you figure it out - with zero judgment, no jargon, and absolutely no beating around the bush.
If you’re ready to stop overthinking and start doing, let’s talk.
